Account Information
When you create an account: name, email address, password (encrypted), and optional phone number.
Credit Reports & Financial Data
Credit reports you upload, dispute details, creditor information, and credit analysis results. All credit report files are stored in private encrypted storage with access restricted to your account only via time-limited signed URLs.
Business Information (Business Credit Pro)
Business entity details (EIN, DUNS number), business credit profile, tradeline information, and funding goals.
Usage Data
Pages visited, features used, AI analysis requests, and dispute creation activity to improve our service and provide better recommendations.

Analyze your credit reports, identify disputable items, and generate legal dispute letters
AI Analysis
Process your credit data through our AI algorithms to detect FCRA violations and procedural defects
Progress Tracking
Monitor your credit score improvements, dispute outcomes, and success metrics

Guide you through business entity setup, tradeline establishment, and funding qualification

How We Protect Your Data
Encryption
All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your credit reports are stored in private, encrypted storage buckets accessible only via time-limited signed URLs (expiring in 5 minutes).
Row-Level Security (RLS)
Database-level isolation ensures only YOU can access your credit data. Even our developers cannot view your credit reports, disputes, or personal information.
Access Controls
Multi-factor authentication available, password hashing with bcrypt, and automatic session expiration after inactivity.
Regular Security Audits
Continuous monitoring for security vulnerabilities, penetration testing, and compliance audits.
We Do NOT Share Your Data
✓ Your credit data is NEVER sold, rented, or shared with third parties
We do not sell your information to marketers, lenders, data brokers, or anyone else. Period.
Limited exceptions:
- When required by law (court orders, subpoenas)
- To protect against fraud or security threats
- With your explicit consent for specific services
